What is included in each Selling Magic Sales Acceleration system.

  1. We have included everything: Everything except the computer you use to install and run the Selling Magic software programs on and the the Email subscription fee to send and track your emails. Our goal is to create a turn-key solution for automating your business so you can take advantage of our experience and success record in sales automation.

  2. We start with an initial consultation of your business so we understand your goals and objectives: From this interview, we write and create all the the letters and email templates you will use in your push button selling system. There are over 350 documents we will create and often more with multiple salespeople systems. Your communications are authored by Steve Martinez, a Top Sales Expert for maximum impact and to insure your sales program follows the best practices of selling throughout the push button selling system.

  3. We install, train and support your system users and the sales team using telephone and on-line web meetings: This effective method eliminates the expense of travel and higher on-site consulting fees. However, for 5 user systems and above, we recommend on-site training. For 10 user systems and above, we insist on and build into the sales program this additional cost. Our travel and expense fees are reasonable and are based on location and availability. United States clients should estimate an additional $2,500 to $5,000 for a 2 day on-site consultation and training by Steve Martinez.

  4. Each user (salesperson) will receive a users manual and Sales Map to Success: Each sales representative is welcome to attend additional web-conference training to sharpen and improve their application and implementation of the Selling Magic system. Regular web meetings are scheduled for this purpose. The topics are based on following the best practices of selling and are not limited to the following subjects:
      • How to hunt for and profile customer data for your sales program using ACT!
    • How to use the Selling Magic system to follow the selling process and increase sales activities.
    • How to build stronger business relationships with Email and Letters and how to get more referrals.
    • How to manage salespeople with the Selling Magic system and what the activity reports reveal.
    • How to modify and customize the selling system so it is fresh and relevant to your customers.

  5. Your system is complete with the required software: We create a push button selling program for you to use. Your solution includes turn-key installation and follow-up support. We take the challenge out of installation and provide continued sales support over a two-year (24 month) term. The only additional cost you will incur are low e-mail service provider subscription fees that are very reasonable and any systems upgrades you decide to invest in later.

  6. The System will Integrate email marketing: Adding the 4th dimension of selling with email marketing to builds stronger customer relationships and client share. We will design, create and write the content for you email campaigns so you have the flexibility of reaching more clients. All you have to do is upload the templates we create for your system.

  7. Sales Management and sales acceleration coaching:  For more than 3 user systems, we include sales management tools to follow the best practices of sales. We teach you how to use the information that is automatically listed in your system with each sales action. This will give you the information you need to effectively manage a local or remote sales team.
